Gregg Gelinas was introduced to the fire service by a family friend and quickly discovered a passion for helping others. He began his career as a volunteer firefighter just seven days before 9/11 and, in 2003, joined the City of Manchester’s fire department.Gregg holds certifications in Firefighter I & II, C2F2, Hazmat Ops, Awareness & Tech, and EMT-B, and is currently pursuing his AEMT and a bachelor’s degree in business management. Committed to giving back, Gregg strives to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for a long and safe career in fire and EMS-just as others did for him.Outside of work, Gregg enjoys life with his wife and two amazing daughters, has experience as a wedding DJ, built his own house, and is a devoted fan of New England sports.
